What slows a withdrawal down
- Verification: regulated brokers must check your identity and address before paying out. Finish it before your first deposit.
- Back to source: most brokers return money to the card or wallet you deposited from first, up to the deposited amount. XM's list says so too: "Back to the source of the deposit".
- Method: e-wallets are usually faster than bank wires and cards.
- Currency: withdrawing in your account currency avoids conversion charges.
Times reported by verified traders
Traders who prove they hold a XM account can report how long their withdrawal took. Once at least three have reported, the median shows on the XM review and on Withdrawals. Have you withdrawn from XM? Write a review and help the next trader.
XM's licensed companies
Which XM company opens your account depends on where you live. If you live in the EU, the UK, Australia, South Africa, Kenya, the UAE or Qatar, our link only goes to a XM entity licensed for your country, and where there is none we show no link. We show no sign-up links at all in countries where promoting offshore brokers is not allowed. Check each licence on the regulator's register before you deposit.
