01In short

The Forex Bridge uses as few cookies as a working website can. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use cross-site tracking cookies, and there are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on our pages. Most visitors who never sign in receive no cookie from us at all.

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. “Browser storage” (local storage) works in a similar way but is never sent to our server automatically. This page lists both, so you have the full picture.

02Cookies we set

NamePurposeTypeHow long
tfb_sKeeps you signed in after you enter your email code. Holds a random token only; your email is not in it.Strictly necessary90 days, or until you sign out
tfb_noaffSet only for visitors whose connection comes from India, so that broker sign-up links stay hidden on every page. Holds the value “1”.Strictly necessary (legal compliance)Until you close the browser
tfb_adminKeeps our editor signed in to the admin area. Never set for visitors.Strictly necessary30 days

All our own cookies are first-party (set by theforexbridge.com only), and the sign-in cookies are marked secure and cannot be read by scripts on the page.

03Browser storage we use

NamePurposeHow long
tfb_vA random visitor number used to count unique visitors without cookies. It is sent with our own anonymous page-view and click counts. It does not contain or link to your name, email or IP address.Until you clear your browser data
tfb_themeRemembers whether you chose the light or dark theme.Until you clear your browser data

If your browser blocks storage (for example in a private window), the site still works fully; you are simply counted as a new visitor each time and the theme follows your device setting.

04Cookies from other companies

  • Cloudflare, our network and security provider, may set a short-lived security cookie (for example __cf_bm) when it needs to tell people apart from automated traffic. It is used only to protect the site.
  • Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on our pages. It does not set cookies through our site, but your browser connects to Google’s servers to download the fonts, so Google receives your IP address.
  • Brokers. When you click “Visit broker”, you leave our site. The broker’s website, or the affiliate system it uses, may then set its own cookies to record that you arrived from The Forex Bridge. Those cookies are controlled by the broker and covered by its own cookie and privacy policies, not by ours.

05What we do not use

  • No advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels.
  • No third-party analytics services.
  • No cookies that follow you to other websites.
  • No selling or sharing of cookie data with brokers or anyone else.

06How to control cookies

You can see, block and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Most browsers have this under “Privacy” or “Site settings”. Blocking tfb_s means you cannot stay signed in, so you cannot write a review; everything else on the site keeps working. Deleting tfb_v and tfb_theme simply resets the visitor count and your theme.

There is no cookie banner on this site: we do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you would like us to stop counting your visits altogether, you can block local storage for theforexbridge.com in your browser, or write to us and we will explain other options.

07Changes and contact

If we add or change a cookie, this list is updated first, with a new date at the top. Questions: support@theforexbridge.com. How we handle personal data in general is explained in our privacy policy.
